Designed as a contemporary home that balances openness with privacy, this 4,500 sq.ft. residence reflects a refined architectural language through clean geometries, generous volumes, and carefully framed natural light. Every space has been planned to create a seamless connection between the interiors while maintaining distinct zones for family living, entertaining, and personal retreat.
The ground floor is organized around spacious living and dining areas that flow into a modern kitchen featuring a central island counter, encouraging interaction and everyday functionality. A dedicated bar adds a sophisticated entertainment space, while the overall planning ensures efficient circulation and a strong visual connection across the home.
The upper level accommodates two well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. A defining feature of the residence is the skylight above the master bathroom, which fills the space with abundant natural light and creates a tranquil, spa-like atmosphere throughout the day. Large openings, layered materials, and a restrained palette further enhance the sense of openness and elegance.
Thoughtfully integrated architecture and interior design have resulted in a residence that is contemporary, practical, and timeless—crafted to suit the client's lifestyle while delivering a refined living experience.
