Designed as a dedicated manufacturing facility for bubble wrapping machine production, the project integrates a spacious industrial shed with an RCC office block and an adjoining paint shop to create an efficient end-to-end manufacturing environment. The layout was planned to support streamlined material movement, assembly operations, surface finishing, and dispatch while ensuring clear segregation between production and administrative functions.
The manufacturing shed features a high-clearance workspace equipped to accommodate heavy machinery, overhead crane operations, and flexible production lines. Wide circulation aisles, ample natural daylight through high-level glazing, and generous ventilation contribute to a comfortable and productive working environment while minimizing dependence on artificial lighting during daytime operations.
The RCC office block provides administrative and support spaces overlooking the factory floor, enabling efficient supervision and coordination between management and production teams. The dedicated paint shop was strategically positioned to maintain an organized workflow while isolating finishing activities from the primary manufacturing area.
The project demonstrates a practical industrial design approach focused on functionality, durability, and operational efficiency, delivering a robust manufacturing facility tailored to the client's production requirements while allowing flexibility for future expansion.
