Set within a 4.5-acre industrial campus in Cheyyar, Kanchipuram, the Dural India Manufacturing Facility has been master planned as a phased development to support the company's long-term manufacturing expansion. The campus is organized with dedicated production blocks, utility zones, circulation roads, landscaped buffers, parking, and support facilities, allowing future phases to be executed without disrupting ongoing operations. The site layout includes Phase 01 and Phase 02 production buildings, an Administrative Block, Security Block, canteen, utilities, parking, and internal road network, establishing a scalable industrial infrastructure.
Phase 01 is now operational, with the main manufacturing building, Administration Block, and Security Block completed, forming the first milestone of the overall development. The architecture follows a clean industrial language, combining insulated metal cladding, simple geometric volumes, and durable materials that prioritize functionality, ease of maintenance, and construction efficiency while creating a strong corporate identity.
With the long-term vision still unfolding, the project continues to evolve through subsequent phases that will significantly expand the production capacity and supporting infrastructure. The master plan has been developed to ensure efficient vehicle movement, clear zoning, future building integration, and uninterrupted industrial operations, making the campus capable of accommodating growth over the coming years while maintaining a coherent architectural character.
