Designed as a vertically integrated commercial facility, the building brings together corporate offices, product display, warehousing and manufacturing within a single architectural framework. The planning establishes a logical progression from customer interaction at the lower levels to administration and production above, enabling efficient circulation while maintaining a clear distinction between public and operational spaces.

The architectural language is intentionally restrained, allowing the interiors to become an extension of the products on display. The showroom was conceived as a neutral backdrop where furniture, seating systems and hardware collections define the visual experience. Dark ceilings visually recede to create depth, while continuous grey flooring unifies the expansive floor plates and enhances the colours, textures and craftsmanship of the displayed products. Bold display volumes introduce moments of contrast, organizing the showroom into identifiable zones without interrupting the openness of the space.

Large column-free display areas, generous floor-to-floor heights and a robust pile foundation support the building's flexible planning strategy, allowing the interiors to evolve with changing product collections and business requirements. The completed project functions as a contemporary commercial destination where architecture, interior design and manufacturing coexist seamlessly, creating an environment that reflects the client's identity while showcasing their furniture and hardware portfolio.
