Designed as a purpose-built manufacturing facility for bubble wrapping machine production, the project combines a large-span industrial shed with an integrated administrative office and paint shop within a single campus. The planning emphasizes efficient production flow, allowing seamless movement of raw materials, fabrication, assembly, finishing, storage, and dispatch while maintaining clear segregation between industrial and office functions.
The manufacturing shed utilizes a high-clearance steel structure to accommodate overhead cranes, large machinery, and uninterrupted production operations. Generous loading bays, wide internal circulation, and naturally lit workspaces improve operational efficiency while creating a safe and comfortable environment for the workforce. The office block provides administrative spaces that overlook the production floor, strengthening communication between management and manufacturing activities.
The architectural expression is defined by a clean white office volume contrasted against the blue-and-grey industrial cladding. A rhythmic pattern of vertical blue panels breaks the scale of the large warehouse façade, giving the building a strong visual identity while maintaining the functional simplicity expected of an industrial facility. Landscaped open spaces and a well-organized arrival court further enhance the campus, presenting a professional image that reflects the company's engineering expertise and commitment to quality.
