Designed as a shared workplace for two independent technology companies, this project balances a common identity with distinct brand expressions. The layout was planned to accommodate 120 workstations while maintaining clear departmental zoning, efficient circulation and opportunities for collaboration. Shared amenities such as the reception, lobby, meeting rooms, recreation lounge and support spaces optimize the available floor area without compromising privacy between the two organizations.
The design language reflects the character of each company through subtle yet effective branding. iKomet is defined by a blue colour palette, while One Magnify adopts a green theme, allowing each workspace to establish its own identity within a cohesive architectural framework. Warm wood finishes, exposed industrial services, glass partitions with custom graphics and carefully selected lighting create a contemporary workplace that is both professional and welcoming.
Spatial planning focused on maximizing natural openness while providing adequate acoustic separation for cabins and meeting spaces. Open workstations encourage collaboration, manager cabins offer visual connectivity through glazed partitions, and dedicated breakout and recreation areas provide informal spaces for interaction. The result is a modern IT workplace that combines operational efficiency, brand identity and employee comfort within a single integrated office environment.
