Conceived as a tranquil countryside retreat, this boutique resort was envisioned to offer an intimate hospitality experience within the lush agricultural landscape of Pachal. The master plan revolves around a generous central lawn designed as a flexible event space for private gatherings, celebrations, and outdoor activities, with every built element enjoying a visual connection to this shared open space.
The development is organized into distinct yet interconnected zones comprising a welcoming reception, an open dining pavilion, four private pool villas arranged around a common swimming pool, and a separate duplex block accommodating four guest rooms. This simple and efficient planning creates a clear circulation pattern while maintaining privacy for guests and ensuring that every space opens towards landscaped courtyards and gardens.
Inspired by the rural character of the region, the architecture combines steep sloping roofs, exposed timber detailing, textured finishes, and naturally ventilated open pavilions. Large openings, shaded verandahs, and landscaped courts allow natural light and breeze to become integral parts of the guest experience, creating interiors that feel connected to the surrounding farmland throughout the day.
The resort was envisioned as a destination where architecture, landscape, and hospitality seamlessly merge. The common lawn acts as the heart of the development, bringing together the reception, dining pavilion, guest rooms, and pool villas into a cohesive environment that encourages both social interaction and moments of quiet relaxation amidst nature.
