Designed as a shared workplace for two technology companies, the project accommodates 75 workstations within a 3,799.84 sq.ft floor plate while maintaining a clear identity for each organization. The planning integrates dedicated work areas for iKomet (35 seats) and One Magnify (40 seats), along with a shared reception, administration, managerial cabins, MD cabins, meeting rooms, and common support facilities to maximize operational efficiency.
The design focused on creating an open, collaborative environment without compromising functionality. Existing interior elements, furniture, partitions and services were carefully refurbished and repurposed, significantly reducing project costs while extending the life of the original fit-out. New finishes, graphics, lighting and furniture were selectively introduced to create a contemporary workplace that reflects the identity of both brands.
An important feature of the project is the outdoor recreation space, conceived as an extension of the workplace where employees can gather, conduct informal discussions or simply take a break from the office environment. Combined with efficient circulation, shared amenities and refurbished interiors, the workspace delivers a practical, cost-conscious and modern office environment tailored to the evolving needs of growing technology teams.
