Situated on a 10,000 sq.ft residential property in Chittoor, the project focused on developing selected architectural and interior elements that establish a strong visual identity while complementing the scale of the residence. Our scope was limited to the compound wall, master bedroom interiors, and bathrooms, with emphasis on materiality, detailing, and a contemporary design language.
The compound wall was conceived as a clean, modern composition using textured concrete finishes, warm timber accents, and integrated linear lighting to create a refined streetscape. The master bedroom was designed with layered lighting, premium finishes, natural wood textures, and carefully proportioned furniture layouts to achieve a calm, luxurious environment. The bathrooms followed the same design philosophy, incorporating large-format finishes, minimalist detailing, concealed lighting, and high-quality fixtures to deliver a timeless and elegant user experience.
Although the project was not taken forward for execution, the design demonstrates a balanced approach to contemporary residential architecture, where every element—from the entrance boundary to the private interior spaces—was developed with careful attention to proportion, functionality, and material harmony.
