Designed as dedicated residential accommodation for the teaching and support staff of Ramakrishna Mission, this project provides a safe, comfortable, and well-organized living environment within the school campus. The building comprises a multipurpose hall at the ground floor and sixteen individual residential units distributed across the upper floors, each equipped with an attached bathroom and utility area to ensure privacy and day-to-day convenience. The rooftop accommodates essential services, including an overhead water tank and solar panels, supporting the project's long-term operational efficiency.
The residential block has been planned with naturally ventilated corridors, generous openings, and individual utility spaces that enhance comfort while minimizing maintenance. The multipurpose hall serves as a shared space for meetings, gatherings, and community activities, fostering interaction among the residents without compromising the privacy of individual accommodation. The inclusion of solar panels further reinforces the project's focus on sustainability and reduced operating costs.
As Project Management Consultants, RED ANT STUDIO LLP coordinated the execution from construction through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and compliance with the project's design intent. The completed staff quarters now provide durable, functional, and dignified accommodation that supports the school's educational ecosystem by creating a comfortable residential environment for its faculty and staff.
