The project encompasses a total built-up area of 1,000,000 sq. ft, divided across four functional units, providing a scalable and efficient storage solution.

The site, spanning 68 acres, is situated in a naturally contoured landscape. The design process involved careful consideration of the terrain, natural drainage, and other environmental factors to ensure minimal disruption to the land and optimal operational efficiency. Every aspect of the planning—from unit layout to vehicular circulation—was tailored to work seamlessly with the existing contours, enhancing both functionality and sustainability.

The architectural approach emphasizes strategic placement of units, efficient logistics planning, and integration with natural elements, making the facility not just a storage hub but a thoughtfully designed industrial landscape.
