The Spastics Society of Karnataka is a renowned organization dedicated to the education, therapy, and holistic development of children with special needs. As part of its CSR initiative, the Virtusa Foundation has taken up and funded the renovation and enhancement of key institutional facilities within the campus, with Cecon Foundations appointed as the building contractor. This project is currently ongoing, with upgrades tailored specifically to the needs of the children and the staff who support them.

The renovation focuses on creating safe, sensory-friendly, accessible, and stimulating spaces that cater to children with cerebral palsy and other developmental challenges. The design approach is sensitive, child-focused, and inclusive—ensuring improved mobility, comfort, visual clarity, and functional usability across the building.

We are serving as the Project Management Consultant (PMC), handling the project end-to-end—from design development to key handover. Our scope ensures seamless coordination, quality assurance, and timely execution while maintaining the organization’s vision of providing a nurturing environment for special children.

This initiative strengthens the existing facilities of the Spastics Society of Karnataka, supporting their mission to empower children with special needs through improved infrastructure, thoughtful design, and enhanced learning and therapy environments.
