Industrial Development
Site Area:
4.9 Acres
Built-up Area:
20,000 sq.ft (Phase 02)
Manufacturing Focus: Silos Manufacturing Unit
Structure Type: PEB Manufacturing Facility + RCC Office Building
Role: Architect for the Project

We served as the Architects for the development of the Penguin Engineering Manufacturing Unit, planned on a 4.9-acre industrial site. The Phase 02 development includes 20,000 sq.ft of built-up area designed specifically for their Silos Manufacturing operations. The primary manufacturing block is a PEB-designed structure, engineered to accommodate heavy fabrication activities, large component handling, and specialized silo assembly processes.

The PEB facility has been designed with a ridge height of 12.50 meters, ensuring adequate vertical clearance for equipment movement, lifting operations, and assembly requirements associated with silo manufacturing. The planning enables an efficient production flow, safe working zones, and optimized operational space to support large-format industrial fabrication.

In addition to the main manufacturing hall, the project includes a dedicated RCC Office Building and a roof-covered structural bay, complementing the functional requirements of the production unit. Together, these components create a well-organized and efficient industrial environment, balancing administrative needs with high-performance manufacturing operations for Penguin Engineering.
