This project was designed for Mr. Kannan, a retired Government employee, and his family of two sons, who envisioned their first owned home to be truly special and aligned with their personal requirements.

The residence is a 4 BHK individual bungalow with a total built-up area of 2,350 sq.ft, planned on a 2,400 sq.ft site. The architectural expression features elegant brick cladding works, bringing a warm, timeless, and earthy character to the façade.

We were involved as the Architect (Design) as well as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the entire development. Our scope covered complete PMC services, along with execution of the interiors and fabrication works, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion.

The home reflects a balance of thoughtful planning, aesthetic detailing, and functional comfort tailored to suit the family's lifestyle and aspirations.
