This new residence for Mr. Gani and his family of four was envisioned as a budget-friendly home that still delivers a rich and elegant architectural feel. Built on a site area of 1,500 sq.ft, the project accommodates a total built-up area of 1,850 sq.ft, thoughtfully planned to meet the family’s functional and aesthetic needs.

The home features a 3 BHK layout along with a dedicated consultation room, used for medical consultations—making the design suitable for both personal living and professional use.

Despite the compact site, the planning ensures spaciousness, good natural lighting, and a clean modern look. The architecture maintains a balance between simplicity and premium visual appeal, aligning with the family's aspirations for an affordable yet stylish home.
