Client: Mr.Farmanullah

This project marks the first home for Mr. Farmanullah and his family of four, built on a compact plot area of 1,100 sq.ft with a total built-up area of 1,522 sq.ft. The site’s narrow configuration posed a unique design challenge, pushing us to maximize every inch through smart spatial planning. The result is a beautifully planned home that feels open, functional, and elegant despite the limited footprint.

The villa is a 3-bedroom individual home designed in a modern architectural style, emphasising clean lines, openness, and structural expression. Instead of relying on cladding or heavy ornamentation, the design celebrates level variations, cantilevered elements, and creative volumetric play, making the home visually dynamic and architecturally rich.

This was a Complete Design & Build project, where we handled everything A to Z — from concept, architecture, and planning to execution, interiors, and final handover. Our integrated approach ensured seamless coordination, quality control, and a cohesive design language throughout the project.

Despite the constraints, the final outcome is a warm, modern, and efficient home tailored perfectly to the family’s lifestyle and aspirations.
