A new state-of-the-art Computer Lab facility has been established at the Government Higher Secondary School, MMDA Colony, Chennai. The project features a dedicated lab building designed exclusively for Computer Science education, accommodating a total of 60 computer systems — 30 in each classroom.

The lab interiors have been designed to rival the workspaces of leading international IT companies, setting a new benchmark for government schools in Tamil Nadu and challenging the standards of private institutions.

In addition, a Basketball Court built to International Basketball Federation (FIBA) standards has been constructed for the school students, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and holistic development.

The overall design harmoniously blends traditional and modern architectural styles, creating an inspiring environment that fosters both academic excellence and athletic growth.
