Sited on a 2,000 sq.ft plot, the home features a compact yet efficient 1,050 sq.ft built-up area. The design prioritizes open green areas, allowing the family to cultivate plants, enjoy outdoor relaxation, and develop a peaceful, garden-centric lifestyle.
