We served as the Architects and Project Management Consultants (PMC) for the complete industrial development of the DURAL INDIA Manufacturing Unit, planned over a 4.5-acre industrial site. The project includes a 2,00,000 sq.ft PEB-based Manufacturing Facility developed in three phases to support PVC profile extrusion and WPC frame production. The facility layout was planned with efficient workflow zoning, equipment integration, and clear provisions for future expansion.

Complementing the manufacturing operations, a 2,50,000 sq.ft Warehousing and Storage Facility was designed to handle large-volume material movement with organized racking layouts, dedicated docking areas, and optimized truck and forklift circulation. This ensures smooth logistics, easy access, and uninterrupted flow between production and storage.

The development also includes 50,000 sq.ft of RCC Ancillary Buildings comprising administrative offices, utility blocks, staff amenities, service areas, and security facilities. These structures were intentionally designed with a distinct architectural identity so they stand out from the larger PEB industrial blocks, giving the campus a strong front-of-house presence. The overall planning adheres to fire norms, safety standards, and functional zoning, forming a fully integrated and efficient industrial ecosystem for DURAL INDIA.
