Client: Dr.Asif and Dr.Resveen

Designed for Dr. Asif and Dr. Resveeen, a doctor family with two kids, this project focuses on creating a calm, naturally lit home within a compact urban plot. The villa has a total built-up area of 1,700 sq.ft, constructed on a 1,500 sq.ft site area.

The key highlight of the design is the central courtyard, planned intentionally to bring abundant natural light and ventilation into every part of the home. Though the house is a wall-to-wall construction, the design ensures that the residents never feel confined—the courtyard opens up the interiors, creating a bright, airy and spacious ambiance throughout.

This is a 3-bedroom villa with a modern architectural language, where clean lines, efficient space planning and simplicity drive the design. Every room benefits from the central void, making the home feel connected, open and lively.
