This commercial project was developed for Mr. Vikash Gelada, the owner of Altoo Enterprises, comprising a combined showroom and storage unit designed for efficient operations and future scalability.

The building has a total built-up area of 50,000 sq.ft, constructed on a 24,000 sq.ft land area. It is a Stilt + 3-floor structure, thoughtfully planned with provisions for one additional future floor, ensuring long-term expansion without structural alterations.

As per fire safety norms and industrial standards, the building was designed with a maximum height of 15.3 metres, accommodating the requirements for storage, circulation, and equipment movement. The entire structure stands on a robust pile foundation, consisting of 142 pile points, demonstrating our expertise in delivering safe, durable, and large-scale industrial buildings.

We served as the Architects and PMC (Project Management Consultants) for this project, overseeing the complete design, planning, and execution to ensure smooth delivery and functional efficiency.
