This G+2 residential apartment development is designed to accommodate both the client’s private residence and rental units within a compact urban footprint. The Ground and First Floors are combined to form a 4 BHK residence for the owner, planned with a custom layout, personalized spatial zoning, and carefully selected interior finishes tailored to the family’s requirements.

The Second Floor functions as the rental level, comprising one 2 BHK unit and one studio apartment. Both units are efficiently designed to ensure optimal natural lighting, ventilation, and long-term low-maintenance living—making them attractive for potential tenants.

As the Architect and Project Management Consultant, we handled the complete design and execution oversight, ensuring structural clarity, functional planning, and precise site coordination. The result is a compact yet highly optimized residential development that combines personalized living for the client with a well-designed rental component for added value.
